You're ordering directly from the artist

I personally fulfill every order placed directly on my website confirming the quality of your every image I ship. This also means it can take a few days or longer to prepare some orders (see details below by product type). 

Since I do fulfill every order out of my studio, sometimes life emergencies slow me down. I will do my best to contact you if this is the case, but please be aware and I appreciate your patience as I prepare your order! 

During busy holiday periods

I work hard to ship orders so they can arrive before the big day. Please know I usually receive many orders during this time and it can take a bit longer than normal to process them all. I really appreciate your patients and please reach out if you have concerns about the timing of your order. 

Shipping speed selected at order

The shipping speed you select for your order applies to the shipping itself. I process orders as quickly as possibly, but it can take a few days or longer depending on the items ordered.

Order Processing

• Puzzles and giftware: In general, most puzzle and giftware orders ship fairly quickly. My in-stock information should be very accurate but occasionally is off. I will try to contact you as soon as possible if you place an order I am needing to re-stock.
  

• Artwork: Please be aware many of my reproductions are printed specifically for each order. Therefore it can take a few days or longer to work with my printer to have your image printed. 

• Custom or Framed Orders: Processing time varies depending on the options you've selected for your order. These orders do take a little bit longer to prepare so please give a reasonable amount of time before reaching out - but I'm always happy to chat with my customers!
